We love going to the park by our house to catch lizards, when I say we I mean we all go but Matt and Owen do all the lizard catching. Then we bring them back to our house to eat bugs in the backyard. This time the lizard hung out for a while.

Living after the Manner of Happiness
My new favorite saying is to be living after the manner of happiness. If you read up on it in the scriptures it involves keeping the commandments and all the stuff that goes with it like praying, and choosing the right and serving others....and doing it with joy and happiness. I decided I want our family to be living like this, not just keeping the commandments but doing it happily!

I freak out if a lizard comes near me :) so my kids don't play with lizards! You're a great mom Callie.
Ahhhh the old days of catching yellow bellies and alligator lizards and putting them in our huge red bucket that was almost as tall as us. Love these pictures. CJ is such a cutie with her little cut offs and the expression on her face.Owen is just growing up so much. He is quite the handsome kid.
