Summer

Summer had to wait to be blessed till Grandma and Grandpa got back from Peru, so she was 3 months old! She looked so beautiful in her dress and was such an angel...until a bunch of strange men surrounded her and started throwing her up and down and up and down, plus she really wanted everyone to hear her voice instead of Daddy's blessing. Somehow I was able to hear the wonderful blessing anyway, although lots of people joked afterwards that they must have been holding the microphone to Summer instead of Matt. At least she has a good set of lungs.

What an angel. And what a set of lungs.

I am so glad you decided to start a blog. It is a fantastic way to record your family history, and your family and friends get to stay in touch too - best of all worlds!

Yeah!!...I knew it wouldn't be too long before you joined the club =) Ahh I can't wait to see Summer, she's adorable!! Oh and I was going to tell you about blurb! You can basically take your blog for the year, or longer, and turn it into a book...or family journal. I think we're going to do one at the end of the year and just take out the enteries I don't care to be in our blurb. It puts pictures and entries and comments if you want, so it's really a good way of record keeping. so just wanted to let you know that too and I'll talk to you later!

Yeah! You have a blog!!! You don't mind if I put a link to your blog on mine do you? Summer is beautiful! At least she screamed during her own blessing and not someone else's...thats what ours did (if was pointless to take him out though, his blessing was next. For which he was an angel...) We did feel really bad though...

Callie,

I'm so glad you have joined the world of blogging! It is amazing what you have accomplished with your family. I can't believe it! I remember when we were still in high school. I always think of you that way and it's just so funny to think that you have kids now. I'm sure you're the coolest mom! I'm coming to California. Email me and let me know where you are living now. Hope you are doing well.
